1. Basic Stance

We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other laws, ordinances, regulations, guidelines, etc., related to the handling of personal information.

We may collect personal information from individuals through proper and fair means solely for the purposes of use disclosed to them.

3. Use of Personal Information

We will not use personal information collected from individuals for purposes other than those initially disclosed.

4. Personal Information Security Measures

We will formulate rules for the protection of personal information and take necessary and otherwise reasonable security measures otherwise to prevent unauthorized third-party access, loss, deletion, tampering or leakage of personal information in our possession. 5. Consignment of Personal Information

We may entrust to a third party the handling and administration of personal information in our possession. In such cases, we will select a third party that meets our standards for protection of personal information, and will properly manage and supervise, as necessary, such third parties to whom personal information has been entrusted.

6. Provision of Personal Information Data to Third Parties

We will not provide personal data in our possession to third parties without prior consent.

7. Framework for Protection of Personal Information

We will appoint a personal information manager tasked with ensuring that all of our officers and employees undergo appropriate training and to enforce compliance with laws and other norms. Furthermore, periodic internal audits will be carried out to determine the status of compliance.

8.Revision of the Policy on Protection of Personal Information and Related Rules for the Protection of Personal Information

We will continually update and revise the policy on protection of personal information and the related rules for the protection of personal information in light of laws, the business environment and other such factors.

9. Exceptions

Irrespective of the foregoing, we may take action with respect to personal information or personal data in our possession in accordance with the law and under the supervision of the personal information manager in the following circumstances as stipulated in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

• ・Action is required by law;
• ・Action is required to prevent damage to life, health, or property if it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person involved;
• ・Action is particularly necessary to enhance public health or ensure a wholesome upbringing of children if it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person involved;
• ・Action is required when cooperation is necessary with a national government organization, local government body or other party commissioned by such to carry out a legally stipulated duty, and obtaining consent from the person involved may obstruct, or threatens to obstruct, the execution of the aforementioned duty.
